At MMA Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our time and chairs are dedicated to delivering a luxury and personalized experience — without compromise.
To respect our artists’ schedules and ensure fairness to all clients:
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% service fee.
• “No-show” appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
🔹 Deposits
• Select or high-demand services (Balayage, Color Correction, Keratin, Extensions, Bridal, etc.) require a non-refundable deposit.
• Deposits are credited toward your final total at checkout.
🔹 Late Arrivals
• Arrivals 15+ minutes late may require service modifications or appointment rescheduling.
• Service fees may still apply.
🔹 Unsatisfied With Your Hair?
We want you to love your result.
• If adjustments are needed, notify us within 7 days of service.
• Adjustments must align with the original consultation goals.
• Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

We provide premium hair-care products through SalonInteractive® fulfillment.
🔹 Shipping
• Shipping is handled by SalonInteractive and/or their partnered carriers
• Delivery times vary based on location and product availability
• Tracking details are provided after fulfillment
🔹 Returns / Exchanges
For hygiene and product safety regulation compliance:
✅ Sealed + unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days
❌ Opened or used products cannot be returned
🔹 Incorrect or Damaged Items
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• Include order number + photo documentation
• Replacement will be shipped at no cost
🔹 Refund Method
Approved returns are issued back to the original payment method.
All product orders are governed by SalonInteractive terms of sale.
