Can I return haircare products?

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original condition. Hair extensions and chemical products are final sale once opened.

What if an item arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will process a replacement or refund.
